Adults 18 to 24 years of age are required to take a six-hour driver's ed classroom course in order to obtain their Certificate of Course Completion. Adults will test on the written Road Rules and Road Signs Exams here at the driving school during the six-hour classroom course, then they can process their paperwork at DPS.

Our adult driver's ed classes are typically offered on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. You can call us to check our current schedule, and come in to register for the class, since some classes can also be held on a Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

AVA Driving School is a Third Party Skills Test driving school.  You may take your Road Test with us.  Call and schedule a time.  Bring your Impact Texas Young Drivers printed certificate with you from the free DPS one-hour online course and your permit.
